Join through the SUThe SU adds its £2.00 insurance separately, so joining several societies costs less overall. You log in with your Salford account.
You don’t need to pay to pray
The prayer hall, jama’ah, Jumu’ah, the halaqas and every open event are open to every Muslim student and staff member at Salford, whether or not they have paid. That will not change.
What membership pays for
Rooms big enough for everyone. Food at iftar. Speakers’ travel. The annual dinner. Kit for the football. Members get first refusal and cheaper tickets on anything ticketed.

This is where the society actually happens. Prayer time changes, room moves, whoever is heading to the Faith Centre in ten minutes, free food, lifts to Charity Week. None of it makes it to a website in time.
